GET-RC is an e-commerce platform – which has specialized in the international sales of chemical goods.
Our Location
Our headquarters is located in Netherlands. Our main warehouse is also located in Austria, Spain and Netherlands. International products are shipped from China or India.
Business hours
We work from 10 am to 22 pm European time. We read every email very carefully and usually answer within 24 hours on any Monday to Friday (public holidays excluded)

Where can I ask additional questions not listed here?
We are happy to answer any questions regarding the shipping of your order, the quality of the chemicals and our company in general. We, however, are unable to answer any questions related to the testing or reconstitution of our products, or anything, which is specifically related to your research.
■ Products
Is it legal to purchase research chemicals?
Absolutely. We only sell chemicals that are legal to sell and purchase in the European Union and most other countries worldwide for non-therapeutic research.
Exchanges and Return policy
We do not offer a return policy. However in case of a wrong delivery the order can be exchanged free of charge. A simple Marquis test may be sufficient for us to exchange the item. More information can be found in our terms and conditions.
How to determine availability of the product you are interested in purchasing?
Our system automatically transfers data from the sales department to the warehouse and once the product is sold out, you will see “Out of stock” under the product name. Orders cannot be processed when in “not in Stock” status. You cannot proceed with purchase of that product untill stock is replenished. Please note that for customer convenience out of stock products are marked in gray in product list.

Are products manufactured and sold for human use?
No the products created and sold are intended for laboratory research purposes only and not for human consumption.

Shipping methods
As a rule all orders will dispatch by courier. If you choose the free shipping method we will select the most cost-effective alternative – often it is the Austrian Post. In general the shipping takes 2-5 business days. During holidays there can be a slight delay as logistics companies at this time can be particularly busy. Once we receive the payment the items will dispatch within 24 to 48 hours.
Delivery guarantee
We provide a guarantee that your order will dispatch. For verification you will receive a tracking number. For more information, please check guaranteed delivery section.
Shipment information
Please note following information regarding shipping:
• We offer SHIPPING Worldwide – with exception of some countries like USA and United Kingdom.
• Orders are dispatched within 24-48 working hours once payment is received
• An e-mail notification will be sent to you with your tracking number after the order is shipped. You may track your parcel overnight entering your tracking number provided on our website or your local express courier, for example post.at
• All parcels are shipped discreetly and secure
Is a tracking number available for my order?
Yes, within 24-48 working hours after your order is placed we will provide you with a tracking number, which can be used to locate your order every step of the way.
My tracking number is not working.
It can take in exceptional cases up to 24 hours to update some of the tracking number on the website of the courier company. If the tracking number can not be found on the website after 48 hours please just contact our customer service.

How can I pay with PayPal?
Its possible to pay small orders with an value up to 100 Euro with PayPal. However there is an additional processing fee of 35% We strongly suggest to use instead Bitcoin. In case you wish to pay by PayPal simply contact customer service and we will share a PayPal payment link with you.
Can I cancel my order?
If no payment is made a cancellation is free of charge. Should be the payment already confirmed it depends from case to case if a cancellation is possible.
